Who We Are

At Jeff Schindewolf Architect or JSARC Architects, I understand building a home is personal. Your lifestyle choices and unique perspective are important to me. My design process begins with how you want to live your best life, then we create architecture that compliments your individual style with relevant aesthetic, spacial programming, and meticulous detailing. I take the time to design architecture with you so you'll love to come home.

I am able to do this with you because I have a high commitment to design excellence and client satisfaction. I focus on creating a personal working relationship with you, our contractor, and our consultants. By creating a strong collaborative design team, we are able to create a beautiful estate home tailored for you and within your budget.

Clients and Associates recommend me because of my ability to exceed your design expectations, on budget, with personal involvement, and professional expertise. Let's create more than a successful project, let's create architecture as a living art.

Jeff Schindewolf

Jeff Schindewolf, AIA, is the founder and principal architect for JSARC Architecture, a luxury residential design firm serving Park City, Utah and the Intermountain West. As the principal, Jeff is intimately involved in all stages of architecture design and construction of your home. Jeff knows that building a home is personal. That each client's lifestyle and perspective are unique and important. He takes the time to design, with you, architecture that has a relevant aesthetic and compliments your lifestyle. His designs are not only relevant they are popular and valued more than the cost of construction, which has been noted by prominent realtors in Park City, Utah.

Jeff began his successful career at the University of Utah where he received two scholarships; a TA scholarship for structural design and detailing as well as a monetary scholarship for design and detail. He was a Senator for the U of U chapter of the AIAS and spoke at the national conference in Washington DC. His work has been published in Utah Style and Design and Architecture Magazine. Up for most anything, Jeff enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his family and friends. You can find him trying not to get stuck on a jeep camping trip in the Devils kitchen or rock hounding with his boys, who always find the good stuff, at Topaz mountain. Jeff is an avid snowboarder and his wife, Alicia, is an avid skier which is a constant disappointment to him...
